Best Self Behavior Health includes a network of outpatient care centers in the Western New York area that offer mental health and substance use disorders treatment and rehabilitation services. This organization offers education and vocational supports, mobile mental health and substance use disorder services, homeless outreach and housing, community and school-based programs; and a best practice model Child Advocacy Center to name a few services.

Horizon Health Services provides hope and healing for individuals and their families dealing with substance use and/or mental health disorders. They offer person-centered care to help children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families achieve improved health - including outpatient counseling, detox and stabilization, inpatient and residential services, medical, psychiatric, counseling and support services.
In addition, Horizon offers teleservices for mental health and substance use counseling for individuals, groups and family members. They know that effective treatment makes recovery from behavioral health disorders possible. Most importantly, they provide hope.
