Our foundation was formed in 2019 with the loss of my son Shaun to suicide. I decided to form the foundation to help others that are suffering in silence with Mental Health. Our team of volunteers came together to start the conversation and to get people talking. You are not alone there is help.

We engage in activities that support community mental health services by raising and donating funds to help support agencies that align with our mission. We also sponsor educational events that promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention. .
